EAST Initiative

The EAST Initiative is a nonprofit organization that brings technology-based service learning to students across America. EAST allows schools to obtain hardware and software at reduced rates, and students then utilize this technology to plan and execute service projects in their communities.

EAST needed a website to quickly summarize their message to a variety of audiences–potential partners, vendors, researchers, educators, and students from around the world.

The website displays EAST’s methodology, history, awards, examples of student projects, and more. Random photos from EAST programs and quotes from EAST students are displayed using a Flash widget on each page.
